What People are Saying…
Reflections from guests, collaborators, and longtime supporters of The ReImagination Café™.
Creating Space for Deeper Conversations
Jessica always brings such grace, warmth and curiosity to everything she does and is not afraid to spend the time really exploring something, even if that makes for a longer conversation.
She is hugely professional in all that she does as well, really doing her homework to understand the subject matter and prepare for conversations which will interest and engage listeners.
Over the years the podcast has evolved from a focus on workplace wellbeing to something much broader, and Jessica is uniquely well connected with an endless stream of fascinating guests who have all done extraordinary things. To each she brings that same depth of understanding and curiosity.

Amplifying Work That Matters
There are so many people who have never heard of care farming and yet when they do, something clicks. Being a guest on The ReImagination Café gave the Care Farming Network a real opportunity to change that.
Jessica came to our conversation so well-prepared and curious about the movement: the farms, the people they serve, and the quiet but profound ways that working the land can restore health, purpose, and belonging. Her preparation showed, and it made for a conversation that was deep and rich.
For anyone doing work that deserves a wider audience, this is exactly the kind of platform that helps. Jessica has built something that attracts thoughtful listeners who are ready to engage with ideas that matter. For a growing movement like care farming, that kind of visibility is invaluable.

Bringing Humanity Into Professional Life
Jessica was my first mentor. We worked together when I was a first year associate at a large law firm, and at that time, she was often referred to by the partners in the group as the ‘union rep’ because she was always looking out for associates’ quality of life, mental health, and work/life balance.
Jessica brought a kind and human touch to the world of large law. She truly cared about developing associates and helping them become the best lawyers they could possibly be, while encouraging them to carve out time to be other things too.
As a partner now, when mentoring associates, I often think, ‘What would Jessica do?’
