Jessica Cherry is our founder and Host of the ReImagining the Workplace podcast. In a career spanning almost four decades, Jessica has worked in a wide array of roles across industries, including law, television, non-profits, and technology.

The common threads throughout Jessica’s career have been a keen interest in workplace dynamics, and a strong yearning for meaningful work. In 2023 Jessica founded ReImagining the Workplace because she believes that thriving workplaces, where people are empowered to do work that fuels their passions, play a vital role in shaping a brighter, more hopeful future. She launched the ReImagining the Workplace podcast to make space for in-depth conversations with creative thinkers who are reimagining how we work.

In the midst of these conversations, and at a time when she was struggling with her own feelings of social isolation, Jessica became increasingly inspired by the work many of her guests were doing to foster social connection and cultivate a sense of community, whether in their own neighborhoods or across the globe.

Convinced that a better future depends on both creating better workplaces and prioritizing purposeful work that brings people together to address our most pressing societal challenges, Jessica expanded the focus of her work.

At the ReImagination Café™ Jessica has thoughtful conversations with inspiring people who are disrupting the status quo and reimagining all aspects of work. It is her hope that these conversations will foster connection and community with her audience, and spark dialogue about the critical role that work can play in forging the path to a better tomorrow.
